Tamara Kramer is a CT Voices for Children Policy Fellow. CT Voices' Fellows work on a broad range of issues, doing research and fiscal and policy analysis. They also assist in state legislative initiatives. Tammy works primarily on child welfare and early childhood education issues.

Tammy graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in 2008, with a minor in Human Rights Studies. She has previously worked with Judith Blei Government Relations, a state lobbying firm which represents clients with interest in universal health care, women's reproductive rights and environmental protection.
