Ryan McAuliffe is an Albert J. Solnit Policy Fellow at Connecticut Voices for Children. CT Voices’ Fellows work on a broad range of issues, doing research, fiscal and policy analysis, and also assist in state legislative initiatives through CT Voices' partner organization, Advocates for CT's Children and Youth. Ryan works primarily on analyzing the effects of state and federal tax and budget decisions on the economic, health, and educational opportunities available to Connecticut's residents.
Ryan graduated with an A.B. in Government from Harvard University in 2006. His undergraduate work focused on American political participation and representation, public opinion, and campaign and electoral politics.
