Joe Hero is a Research Fellow at CT Voices for Children. Joe works primarily on analyzing the effects of state tax and budget decisions on the economic, health, and educational opportunities available to Connecticut's residents. He also studies trends in the national, state, and local economy and how each affects the financial security of children and families in Connecticut.
In 2004 Joe graduated from The University of Michigan with a B.A. in political science and just recently received his M.P.H. from Yale with a concentration in health policy.
