Early Changes, Enduring Challenges : Connecticut Educators Speak Out About the Impact of the No Child Left Behind Act (October 2004)



The state and federal government must significantly improve the No Child Left Behind Act for the initiative to have a positive effect on Connecticut’s schools, according this report by the Legislative Advocacy Clinic at Yale Law School and Connecticut Voices for Children, which surveyed Connecticut superintendents and principals.
