The state and federal government must significantly improve the No Child Left Behind Act for the initiative to have a positive effect on Connecticut’s schools, according this report by the Legislative Advocacy Clinic at Yale Law School and Connecticut Voices for Children, which surveyed Connecticut superintendents and principals.
