This report summarizes the Appropriations Committee's proposed revisions to the FY 07 budget, highlighting areas in which the Committee concurs with the changes proposed by the Governor for FY 07, and where its budget diverges. It also places both budgets in some historical context, highlighting in particular the agency budgets that would remain less in FY 07 than in FY 02, under both proposed revisions. (April 2006)
